no update icons??

I just installed DaDaBIK 3.0 Beta. And I do not get the icons to update records after a search. Am I missing some setting??

Also, could the following notice have something to do with it??

Notice: Undefined variable: mail_feature in e:\inventory\form.php on line 440

Found it! Didn't have a primary key set in the database.
