Dadabik & database on stand alone computer

Is it possible to install Dadabik and a database on a stand alone computer? I wish to make our database accessible in a display situation so that people can access the database. There would not be access to the internet.

Yes, as long as you have a web server installed with php and mysql. Even if you're not serving real websites, you need to have php and mysql installed.
